SMS Consent & Terms

Last updated: May 24, 2026

This page explains why someone may receive a missed-call follow-up text from a participating dental office and how to opt out.

Missed Calls Dental is a service operated by AllyExporter LLC.

Why you may receive a text

You may receive an SMS if you call a participating dental office and the call is missed, busy, or unanswered. The message is an operational follow-up intended to help the office reconnect with you about your call.

Message content

Messages identify the dental office, explain that your call was missed, and invite you to reply with basic details so the office can follow up. Messages are not intended for marketing blasts, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, or emergency guidance.

Consent and caller-initiated contact

By calling a participating dental office, you may receive a short follow-up text related to that call. If the office uses the service for any additional messaging beyond the missed-call follow-up workflow, the office is responsible for obtaining and managing any consent required for that messaging.

Participating dental offices may confirm SMS consent verbally using language such as: “We can text you about your recent call or appointment request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Is that okay?”

Opt out

Reply STOP to opt out of future automated messages from the relevant sender. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message. You should not receive additional automated messages unless you later opt back in where supported.

Help

Reply HELP for support information. You can also email support@missedcallsdental.com.

Message rates and delivery

Message and data rates may apply. Message delivery depends on carrier networks, recipient device settings, filtering, and registration requirements. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Message frequency varies based on your call, reply, and appointment-related communication with the dental office.

Office review

Replies are routed to the participating dental office for review. The office remains responsible for scheduling, patient communications, clinical decisions, and any required privacy or consent obligations.

Emergencies and clinical questions

Do not use SMS for emergencies. Call emergency services if you need urgent help. For clinical questions, contact your dental office directly.

Privacy

Information related to missed-call SMS follow-up is handled as described in our Privacy page.
